Matsunoi Tokubetsu Junmai
Matsunoi Shuzo is in very heavy snowfall area in Niigata.
Heavy snowfall brings stabilized low tempratures in winter.
It provides long-duration fermentation which brew "clean-smooth" SAKE.
That is the feature of Niigata SAKE.
This SAKE, Matsunoi Tokubetsu Junmai, is exactly that.
