Review Shimeharitsuru Hana

Shimeharitsuru Hana

"Hana" means flower.
Traditionally, Japanese feel beauty in the nature. Often Japanese compose a Tanka, traditional Japanese poem, with subject of snow, moon and flower.
We call that "Setsu, Getsu, Ka;Hana"
Shimeharitsuru has these name for type.
"Hana" is daily Sake.
The characteristic is truly Niigata SAKE.
Nice SAKE for daily drinking with dinner.
Especially drinking at 50 deg. C. heal your heart.
The SAKE doesn't disturb delicate food.

Review Den-yu Tokubetsu-Junmai, Nakagumi, Namagensyu

Den-yu Tokubetsu-Junmai, Nakagumi, Namagensyu

Namagensyu means no pasteurization and no adjusting by water.
Usually, Namagensyu has powerful aroma and flavor. Sometimes it is too strong to drink with food. But Den-yu is moderate.

Review Tsurunotomo Junmai

Tsurunotomo Junmai

The SAKE is one of my favorite. The aroma and flavor is not gorgeous, but gentle. You can't get tired of drinking. This SAKE is suitable for every Japanese food. Especially, delicate flavor food, white fish, Tofu, etc.
If you want to feel the gentle aroma and taste, you should drink 15 deg.C or 45 deg.C.
Unfortunately, This SAKE can buy at only Niigata area. You seldom can buy at other area. If you find it, you should try it!
